Afternoon, kalk tube got clogged and I didn’t catch it till today. It’s probably been flooding for a solid day at least. It soaked the 2x4s under it and the cabinet was leaking out the side and onto the side cabinet

Tank is 425XL g2

Should I be concerned about the wood strength ?

The Red Sea cabinets are laminated with a fairly thick coating, so even if it was pooled up for a while I think you'll be ok. I'd toss the wood pieces and maybe opt for a plastic stand for the kalk reactor and place a leak sensor somewhere in the cabinet for next time.
