Kalk Stirrer keeps clogging.

I have a Avast Marine K1 Kalk stirrer that keeps clogging. I had it running for months with little issues other than a quick clean of the tip but now it seems to clog completley about once a week. I took it apart about 2 weeks ago and did a deep clean. Still clogs about once a week and almost overflows until i stick a straw into the outlet and break things up.

Is it clogging with kalk?

I think I found it. I tested my alk this morning and it was down to 6.8dkh I keep it around 8.5 and I know it was just cleaned a few days ago. Turns out my doser wasnt dosing the schedule and needed a reboot. Im guessing the kalk was building up from getting dry at the outlet.
