How far is your dosing pump from the source it is pulling from? I'm trying to pull RODI from a 55 gallon barrel that is 15 feet away with no luck. I have checked for air leaks and still nothing.

I've only used X1 and F1 dosers that were close to the source.

I've never used mine from more that a few feet away.
Are you running 15 feet horizontal, or is that 15 feet of rise?
You might try using a syringe to fill the line and then start the pump.
