Keep mag float in?! Or take out every time?

So genuinely curious how many people take their mag float,or favorite glass cleaner, out after every use?

I use a stealth mag float and keep it in the back corner of my tank after cleaning my glass. I have to clean my glass pretty much every other day and find it easier having it always in the tank, but saw recently some reefers take it out after each use…

So would like to know if I should be taking mine out and cleaning it more regularly. I’ve never scratched my glass and get fairly close to my sand. I’ve notice little detritus worms in it now too, but not sure if it’s a bad thing or not.

i keep mine in, but my tank is 300G and it isnt an eyesore just do to size. any my setup is tall and acrylic( big border) and i need a step stool to put my hands in the tank anyways. so i just leave it

It isn't a bad idea to take it out, but I personally do not, even though I only need to scrape the glass every week or so.
