Kalk is king for me! I used to do this years ago but gotten messy so gave up. Therefore, a kalk stirrer is a much cleaner, effective solution.

I use Kalkwasser in my ATO to maintain DKh, Mag and CA, dose All4Reef via my Apex for all Trace Elements.

Kalk never moved my PH, only my DKh. Are you sure you're reading the right parameter?

Kalk has a pH of 12.4 at full saturation. Just stick the probe into your ATO and confirm?

Kalkwasser in my ato stabilized my PH, ya at full strength is 12.4 mixed 6g Kalk to 1g water, I do not mix it that heavy since I am not depending on it to maintain my PH, only to keep my CA and Mag in a healthy range. I use 3g per 1g water.

I just don’t want people to have high expectations, then being disappointed, after buying an expensive air pump.

I’m excited to get high!
The air mover arrived today.
I will test the pH a few times before and after to see if I can detect any changes.

Turns out Vivosun has an address in Ontario CA and they sell these blowers on eBay a few bucks cheaper than the Amazon.

I made the first pH measurement only moments ago and it appears that the pump has scared my pH up to 8.4 already?

I have been making some changes to the system and it seems that the current skimming activity is good enough? I will keep the pump on standby and test pH levels later to see if I need to run the pump during the day, or not?
