ive got a waterbox (110.4 ) 400L or 87G

im stuggleing to keep p04 down i done a icp test. p04 was 0.21 so i went out brought a reactor and pump and some rowaphos as ive been reading the stuff is like magic.. added 100g of rowa to it and my p04. droped too 0.02 in 2 days (wow that was easy)

i tested a few days later on my hannah ULR tester it was 0.06
then two days later it was 0.18

so i cleaned the reactor out added 120g of rowa phos tested 2 days later it was 0.02
2 more days its back too 00.7 (today)

currently stock in the tank is

yellow tang
foxface
2 clowns
cleaning wrasse
dory

handful of hermits/snail etc

feeding i use 1 cube of frozen mysis washed in Rodi (1 to 2 tds) ~(need to get a pump ) wifes being tight.... (>'_')>
and half a sheet of nori. perday

current parameters

9.0 alk
p04 0.07 (hannah)
nitrate 16.1 (hannah)
calcium 460 trying to drop it
mag 1500
salt 1.026 or 35ppt
temp 25/26c or 78/79f
PH 8.2+

doing 10% weekly water changes.

oh i also dose PHPLUS Reef Zlements only 2ML of pt1 and pt2 a day as tank only useing 0.1 alk perday

How is the flow through the reactor? Is the rowaphos dried out at all? Sounds like it's working well enough but it's either getting clogged up or maybe too much flow is grinding it down? I've never used rowa but it's supposed to be pretty fine particles.. you may want to try adding a finer filter sponge at the top of the reactor.. just ideas

Did you start your tank with dry white rocks? It sounds like phosphate is leaching back into your water, dry white rocks will do that.

Just a suggestion, likely not an issue. Test for PO4 long after feeding. Alternatively in the morning before anything goes into the tank.

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
