I'd like to say im consistent with 10gallons a week, but if I miss a week I do a 15 gallon biweekly.

I started with chaeto which was quite successful, but have found that letting GHA go wild in my refugium has been just as effective.

UPDATE: chaeto has grown from scraps and out competed the GHA
