How many hours in the peak of the day do you run your Max setting? let's say my MAX setting is at 70%. How long do I run that Max setting before it ramps down? I'm assuming between 12pm and 3pm like the sun.

Yep, that’s what I do. I ramp to max setting, keep it there a few hours and ramp back down.

What corals? I do a 12hr cycle with a 6hr to 8hr peak, but I'm a stick head.

Here’s my light brightness settings. It’s a mixed reef with SPS up top, clams on the sand. 5x kessil a360w over 6’ tank around close to 400 PAR at 100% per Apogee 8” below water.
I’m still easing up to that hence the 75% max setting.
