I bought this used/like new a little over 3 years ago. It has only been run to a max of 50% and as you can see my schedule barely even touches 50% (effectively used with 30-40% power most of its life). The fan and heat-sink have been cleaned and this comes in the original box. Also included is a Kessil hanging kit.
