@Paul B or anyone with a similar electrically-savvy mind...

I recently replaced a Kessil A360W fan that was no longer working with one with the same dimensions and voltage (12V) but different amps (0.25 vs .12). The fan works fine but it's much louder (faster?) than the other A360Ws I have. Is this because of the increased amps of the new fan? Other than the sound is there any other concerns?
Thanks in advance!

Yes, the fan is designed to move more air, and as such will consume more power.

Nope.

Based on the original fan power usage, you're probably in the ballpark of 20CFM.

Some other options from known manufacturers, at various ranges of sound/pressure, but all 2 or three wire (ignore the third wire) fans: https://www.digikey.com/short/zrm3mm
