Kessil H380 Dead, suggestions please

If the Kessil H380 completely goes out not 1 single led diode lit, is that most likely the ballast, or most likely the fixture itself. Any advise is greatly appreciated in advance.
Are you able to check that there is power going to the light? A voltmeter at the connection that goes into the light would suffice, just make sure its getting power, that will help eliminate the plug in. Has the unit ever gotten wet? How often did you clean it out with compressed air and wipe it down?

My maintenance has been pretty solid, my sump is covered, so very minimal chances of getting wet. I'll check the voltage today. Can I use one of my A360 ballast to check, or are they "NOT" interchangeable? I have 9 of those working, HEHE. :)

II don't believe they're interchangeable, the H380 power supply puts out less volts
  • Power Supply: 100-240 VAC (Input), 48 VDC, 1.87A (Output) Kessil A360
  • Power Supply - 100-240V AC (input) 19 VDC,4.74A (output) Kessil H380

Mine went dead after just 2 months of use....sent it back to Kessel and they sent me a new one...easy....go to there web site and send them a email.....

Thank you, sent an email to Kessil, I'll keep you informed on their return process.
