Can't get my Kessil Controller X to ramp up or ramp down my Kessil 360x led lights.

Anybody using the Kessil spectral controller x?

I have been running one for a while. It's typically kessil-cludgy, but no issues ramping up and down. Unless you provide some details about how you set it up and specifically what problems you are seeing …. hard to offer much advice.
