why i add kh director on dashboard but i do not why it can not loading. please let me know what is happen.

First welcome to the forum. It looks like your director isn’t getting a strong enough signal. I would try shutting down the unit for a few minutes and then restarting it. Hopefully someone with more experience will have some advice for you.
