KH Director - Chart

I've had "Record Measurement values" checked for about a week. I cannot, however, get a chart to load - ever. Is there something I'm missing? When I go to the chart tab, it pops up with a message about measurement data that doesn't fit on the screen, so I'm not sure what it says. When I change the zoom to day or week, it shows "loading data" for a while, but never does anything.

Open to advice.

Updated, now I get:
Loading data failed
A problem occured while loading data
Disconnect now
Retry loading

I would get a support ticket started.
