Kh director Probe issues

I just received a new kh director probe today, calibrated with no issue. Inserted into kh director and started receiving readings in the thousands around 9-10000 ph. Removed probe and placed back into 4ph solution to see if still calibrated but readings remained in thousands. Also tried to recalibrate with new solutions and got adc readings in the negative thousands and around 40,000. Anyone experienced this was I sent a faulty probe?

The 40k I have seen, but not a negative value of a number. When you calibrated the probe and click save and leave it in the 7.0 solution and look at the diagnostics of the KH director does it say 7.0? And when you then place it in the 4.0 solution does it say 4.0?

Also did you check the KH Director PH port is it snug when you plugged in the probe?

Yes it did stay at those numbers and the port was tight with no leaks. I did take it out of the calibration fluid and let sit for a minute or two dry which is when the ph jumped to the thousands.

I was doing this all through the app, would doing it through windows make any changes? Maybe a bug in the app for me?

Could be a big but does it calibrate ok? When your dine calibrating and click save and leave it in the solution does it read correctly in the diagnostics?

It calibrated good the first time and read correctly in the solution but now it won’t calibrate.

That sounds like possibly a bad probe log a support ticket.
