My Kh Director displays 0.00 Kh value.
Until today morning was ok, showing correct values.
What went wrong?

Make sure the pump 1 on the doser is still spinning. My KHD has blown out two pump heads in the last 2 months and I got either 0 readings or really low readings when the pump stopped pulling water from the tank into the KHD.

Vinny, is there a way to use pump 1 at a lower speed? Like I said above, I keep blowing out pump heads on the pump that draws sample water from the tank. I’m only running the tests twice per day. How long should the pump heads last?

Sounds like you found your problem. For me it was that the end of my water sample tube floated up to the surface of the water and wasn't sucking any water in. Easy fix in my case. Good luck with the reagent head. Hopefully easy fix for you as well.

Mines been going about 3 months now with no issues (knock on wood). 2 tests a day as well. I wonder why your having wear out issues with the pump head. It does spin fast but is designed for that. Good luck with fix.

Tested reagent pump and it works, when I press tho button, so it hasn’t worn off. More like software/settings issue
