Hey all!

I have some live rock in a holding tank that I’m considering using to jump start a new nano build however it came with some Xenia and Kenya trees.

Is there anyway to kill it and or prevent it from appearing in the new build if I end up using the rock? Or am I better off buying some live rock that doesn’t have that? I’ve always bought live rock to help jump start every tank but if I could save some money by using what I already have then why not haha.

Thanks everyone!
