Picture of bristle worms. The tank guy I contacted for a tank cleaning said they had to go. He said I need to replace the rock with man made and replace the sand as well. He will not clean the tank otherwise. The only other place that cleans the tank in my area is ok with them but never calls back so I can’t schedule a cleaning. Frustrating.

Well you have too many of them. And I've never seen them in all white before, usually they are way more red. I'd take some forceps and pick out as many as you can. But way are you having somebody else do your tank maintenance? IMHO, if you are going to have an aquarium, you should be the one who keeps it up.

You don’t need new rock or sand, just some tweezers (tongs) and pick out as many as you can every week.

Start manual removal and get a neon dottyback or another fish that eats them. Also if you have that many you are over feeding the tank. You really need to consider doing your own maintenance. Especially if you are getting advice like this.
