Woke up this morning and my Koran Angelfish has some raised white bumps under his mouth and on his left fin and still was eating like crazy this morning. Not sure what it is and wondering if anyone can help me out. Tried to get a better picture but it’s pretty hard.

All my other fish look totally fine and still eating also

Yes, getting good diagnostic photos is tough, but without them, we can't really tell you much.

This fish *seems* to have some skin discoloration and cloudy fins, but I can't tell if that is from something on the tank glass, or the soft focus of the shots. Do the eyes look a bit cloudy? Have you seen this fish scratching/flashing in the tank? that could account for the chin injury and would line with with my suspicion that this is flukes.

Maybe try a short video? Those are sometimes clearer, plus they let me assess the respiration rate.

Ok I will try to get a short video while I’m feeding him
I haven’t noticed him doing any flashing and the eyes are a tad cloudy but not much at all.

Sorry - no pics or video with your post. Sometimes, a youtube link will work.

Getting bigger around the mouth too but he is still eating like crazy. It looks like it’s eating away at the fin

The lesion on its mouth and left pectoral fin are Lymphocystis, a mostly benign viral disease that will go away on its own in a month or so. As long as the growth doesn't impair the fish's feeding, it isn't a concern. Of course, fish can have multiple issues at the same time.....
