Not sure what this white spot is on my Anthias, this is the best picture I could get of it.

With scales starting to lift, early stage of uronema likely but could be bacterial. Assure salinity is not low and with this as early stage, it is your best chance for treatment
Most effective is formalin based which is not easy to find otherwise start with a ruby rally bath for an hour and treat with ruby rally pro in a quarantine setting
Other treatment is chloroquine phosphate but must be administered precisely
Ruby rally pro is reef safe

If it is internal Uronema, you’ll know in a few days if the spot opens up to a red lesion. Hopefully it isn’t that - there is no cure for it. You can control external Uronema in a treatment tank with chloroquine, but no drug can get down into the fish’s tissue and treat the internal form of it.
