Edit:I have now taken out the list of zoas and palys as most were eaten by Angel before he was caught and removed. Will update when the ones that make it come back. |
I will get a photographer over here asap to get some shots. The tank is so deep it is very difficult to get good shots in focus. I will get some FTS tonight and some section shots.Love how you have everything documented! PICS!!
A few more shots. Ray Ray has been in captivity for almost 2 years at our LFS. He has been eating well and doing well there. Ray Ray has already eaten his first meal after being in the tank for less than 30 minutes. Fish seem to know to stay away from him. The shrimp days are probably numbered. :help:
Ray Ray has been a model citizen for the most part. I am missing 3 small Lyretail Anthia fish since he has been in the tank and I think he had a nice Del Friscos type meal with them. Other than that all fish and even the cleaner shrimp are fine. I also had a neon goby that was about the size of a fingernail that is missing.Great idea having a Ray in a reef tank, beautiful. Any drawbacks though? You mentioned your shrimp being on the menu, any other drawbacks to it?
Thank you South Carolina!! Come check it out next time you are in Texas.:lock1:What a tank!
Cost around $200/month electricityNice... pics and equipment list... Any idea how much the tank costs to maintain monthly?
