Lawnmower Blenny getting bright colours?

Hi! I just noticed that my Lawnmover Blenny has gotten some new vibrant colours. He has been brown with classic markings for the whole time that I have had him. But now since I switched tank, the algae growth have been low, he has really started to munch on pellets instead. And I dont know it thats it, or if it is normal for this spieces, but he has gotten a bright red backfin, and a bright yellow tail fin.
Is this normal, or is it his new diet of pellets that brought out these colours?

Beautiful! Really hope mine colors up like this! Yes, could possibly have something to do with increased protien in the diet?
