Leather coral

I have a leather coral that was doing good in my tank but two nights ago the polyps retracted and they haven’t come back out, I noticed one of my emerald crabs messing with it...could the crab have done something to make them not come out? Or is my coral sick?

How old is the tank? Parameters, lighting, flow, etc. Leathers shed as well so it could be doing that. Pics will help as well.

I would assume shedding. But I can’t make any garuntees. Agree with DSC. going to need parameters
