LED height over tank question

I looked and didn't find an answer about led color blending and height of the fixture over the water.

So, does mounting the light higher or lower help blend the colors better?

To my limited understanding yes as the higher up the greater the spread and it’s safe to assume the colour blending aswell

Depending on the led you get you might also be able to get a diffuser for it, the radions have them but there is a third party for hydras
