I left my UV 58w light running without the pump running for almost 2 hours. I didnt realize the pump was off. What type of damage did i cause?

This has happened to me in the past on a previous system. You could have issues with overheating during that span, but I am not aware of any long term issue.

Like the housing of it melt and the whole Uv leaks overnight

It would be unlikely that you would experience any significant leak during that timeframe if the pump isn't on.

I turned the pump back on. Just worried about the heat that i causes in those 2 hours to burn the housing and it leaks

Any idea?
Are you saying it is leaking now, after the issue?

If yes, you gotta fix that.... and that likely will be tricky, possibly not even possible for most people. I'm pretty handy, but I don;t think I could cut apart my pentair UV and replace items, and get it to fit just right again.... Not sure how yours is assembled.

My pump went bad and I don’t know how long mine was left with no water flowing through it. The housing looks like a squished water bottle. I replaced the sleeve and bulb and it seems to be working fine. No leaks. I’d love to replace just the housing if that were possible. I think you will be ok, sounds like u caught it in time.
