3 were not sold. I wish i had 3 to sell. But as stated in the origional post the nem was listed as small. And in everyones tank the conditions are different. So the nems respond differently. Once they settle in amd get comfortable the color is amazing and they open up alot larger than when the arrive from shipping.

I have sold many lemon drop nems over the past 2 years. Not 1 complaint. So before any goes making fishy asumptions please feel free to check with previous buyers.

And for the record, the color is spot on. I just don't feel like I should have to baby a $500 nem. I can't even run my vortech...

I did check with the last three you sold. Don't pull different tank conditions and lighting card. Thats weak. Three of us got a Nem that was very small. Nothing like the Nem you posted was the actual size of what we got and definitely not worth $500 plus dollars. I am not just an average hobbyist. I own my own fish store and I would never charge $500 for that size of a lemon drop you sold us. You told all of us a different storys and yes you did tell us it was small just to prep us for major disappointment in its size. I'm sure i will be happy with the Nem after I have to devote major time in its care so it will survive.

Honestly Neil, you have a really nice "lemon drop." I can't argue the color or beauty of this guy. But to be honest, the one I got was nothing like the one pictured. As I said in the text to you, "don't be too greedy. You have a good thing going." I have nothing more to say....

Neil, I also agree 100% with mvm. So consider your two year complaint free run over. You got greedy and we called you on it. mic drop.

Neil told me mine would be small and he told me it was a fresh split. it was fully healed when I received it and it was important to him that it was shipped healthy. also, he sold me mine before this thread started. I actually contacted him myself due to his selling history with these nems.

Mine has since inflated and is doing very well. I just peeked at it tonight and I do notice a hint of red in the tentacles. I won't lie, this concerns me. I already have sunbursts and I can get them for $200. so I'm staying optimistic that I didn't just pay over double for a sunburst. :)
