Leptomycin B and Sophora flavescens

I was looking at some recent literature and these two substances have published results on killing and managing ich. I think they're more reef safe than the traditional copper etc. Any of you experts tried either of these methods or have opinions on the research?

I believe both of these ingredients are found in some "natural remedies" for treating ich.
