Hey guys! Good evening from Florida :)
Hope everyone is staying safe and spending time with their reef tanks during these times. If you don’t want to read all this - skip to the bold!

Anyways, onto my post, after seeing a video on YouTube about someone’s hammer coral - I’ve been hooked on hammers. I want to start my own hammer garden in my latest build and have been on the hunt for some nice hammers. Specifically, the blue tip, the all pink hammers, the all purple hammers and the light purple tip hammers. But boy are they all expensive!! Also, I’m not even sure the blue tip hammers exist, as I’ve seen them in photos, then saw some in store, and there was a big difference.. Same for the all purple, I haven’t really seen any. I got some teal hammers which definitely didn’t look the way they did in the picture online LOL But I’m not complaining! It was my first hammer and now he’s definitely grown on me :,)

I also purchased a purple tip with green stem hammer that I love, but don’t love for my hammer garden (if that makes any sense). Once it gets bigger I’ll take it into WWC to see what I get for it. Or sell it to a nearby reefer, whichever deal is better!

So with that, I’d LOVE to see your hammer gardens while I continue my hunt! And if anyone is fragging/selling any of these, let me know! Other euphyllia garden photos welcome as well of course!

Last photo is of my little not-so-teal guy :)

Not hammers, just a torch forest:

Haha, very nice nonetheless. I couldn’t resist the sale WWC was having ($51 for a neon green tip torch) and got myself one. I picked it up in person and they gave me one that’s splitting into THREE heads! Doesn’t look too neon in this pic, but that sucker is bright! :)

@wcharon here is the info on them, they have some weight to them so I use them for torches or things only on the sand that I want to sit still-

Perfect. Thanks... Yes that is ideal as the fishes always pick and that way they don't fall.

I've been looking for a (red/orange or pink) hammer forever. The one on the pic is very nice. what is it called? I only have the green ATM.
