Ok guys as i explain on my post i did a masive water change Saturday, phosphate went down a little bit then but today i wasn't to sure i check water again and still undecided if remind the same or not, but one thing i did accomplished was to lower the nitrates from bright red to orange colors, i’m planing to do another 30 gallons water change this saturday again to lower that phosphate, not sure whats going on as i remove my snowhite eel and i don’t have as many fishes i use to .., i have a nio chem and aszorb or whatever is call on the sump plus phosphate reactor, any suggestions? What u guys think?

I would suggest just keep doing big water changes every few days for a few weeks. I would also make sure you are blowing off the rocks right before each water change. Stir up a small portion of the sand also before each water change (dont do it all at once unless you stir you sand often). Hit all the hard to reach areas with a turkey baster before water changes. Basically just stir up anywhere that stuff can collect then suck that water/debris out and replace with new water.

Hi every one I been away for a while, been extremely busy and also affected with the Covid-19 as well as my family, not only we been affected but my tank has been affected as well.
Since last time I post any new picture I have my losses too, I lost my huge yellow tang and coral beauty, my BiColor one, also I lost my black edge eel and been fighting with extremely high levels of Phosphates, I add one of those phosphates reactors things that are suppose to lower the level of phosphate with no success, some of the fishes I have loss looks like if there's something abrasive that got to them as I see some discoloration and then when they die it looks like the skin peels off in areas and has some white patches or discoloration on their skin on some areas, no idea what could be I hardly put something new on the tank, what I did was to slack on water changes because I have read many times about people whom does not change water and they tanks are stable and doing fine.
I also give up my beautiful snowhite eel it was about 16 to 18 inches long because I been told that the amount of silver side i put in to feed her could be the cause of such high phosphates, well even after 2 weeks of give up on her and bring it to a friend reef shop still rocket my phosphates.
Saturday I did a massive water change I have a 90 gallon corner tank and I change 30 gallons of water, clean very well as much as I can reach the sand bed , was very dirty and of course I was having many bristle worms which I hate, rearrange the rocks and add a beautiful rock with corals on it, I add a bag of bio chem and also add another for the phosphate on top of the phos reactor thing I have running, I check water and the phosphate has gone down considerably water looks clean fishes are doing good except that last night I saw somethign that worries me .... my goby was not looking to good, his skin was not the deep black and white as it should be normal it was more like if he came out of a sand storm, it was dusty all over or I mean looks like it has dust all over I know it is not dust but it is how his skin looks like, I wonder if I have a bacterial infection on my tank of something else, how could I find out or what could be going wrong with my tank in regards to that? I certainly don't want to loose more fishes as I replace my yellow tang, well just pics of my tank ..... I would like to see pics of other tanks I enjoy sharing with the rest of you as much as seeing the pictures of other tanks, by the way any suggestions or comments regarding my issue with the fishes?...:::: let me show a pic of mu last loss

UPDATE ..........
Hello and be blessed everyone, today is another day to thank God! Let's talk about tanks and updates:

Many of you known that i lost all my fishes about a month ago or little over, still today i have not figure out what happen, could of been ick, velvet, infection or bacteria... No clue!
Anyways I have replace all the water on my tank, i mean all of it and replace it with new, check parameters add live bacteria to it, eliminate the phosphate reactor (no use for those things, waste of money) clean the sump wash everything and fill the tank back, some of my coral got a hit on the process but are recovering and each doing great, things are running better, i always learn from mistakes such as:
1. Never put a fish or coral without a dip or bath before putting it on your tank
2. Never put on your tank the water where you brought that fish or coral home. Many of us make that mistake thinking well is a good water because the fish or coral was on it, big mistake , don't take for granted that it was doing good on the tank where u have it do it will be good on your , even the fish or coral was doing good don't mean no bacteria, parasite, or illness you are carrying into your tank just because.
3. Don't overload your tank because this fish and that one are cute
4. Check your parameters, very important
5. Do your water changes to avoid elevations on your tank of harmful bacterias or crap
6. Pay attention to any signs of any sick fish on your tank, separate them and treat them on a separate tank.
Here's pictures of the tank now... I will be adding fishes towards the end of November and begining of December, i'm concentrating now on the corals and anemones.

I feel your pain. I lost, one time, early on, 9 out of 13 fish to velvet. it was heartbreaking.

Tossing my poor tank in here. New lights, and almost done replacing sand. tomorrow I get out what I can and add new, medium grain (had fine). Parameters are going down. Rearranged rock, and have new corals coming friday sso we are back in business! Lots of nice shelves and ledges for new corals. also put all ph's on back glass

Here is my IM 112, just upgraded from a 4 year old e170 with a sump. New build has been salty since 8/22. Used tons of 4 year old media slowly added throughout the cycle.
