Bluespotted Jawfish. Look up their requirements for burrow (sand bed depth and tiny shells for a door). Mine is a favorite in the tank. He lives in a burrow with a watchman goby. Great personality and they love to watch their owners.

They should coexist, jawfish stay on the sand and the blenny on the rocks.

Great point..... Although I currently put nori on a rock and drop it to the bottom and the Blenny does dive down to get some every now and again.

I don't know about the starry blenny compatibility. But I would definitely order this species off DD - Kevin Kohen has said poor collection practices greatly decrease their survivability rates. Then when you qt at home he will have the best start. Look up discussion on Reef Central "Long Term Success with Blue Spotted Jawfish".
