I like to feed mysis shrimp to my fish and LPS coral...I feed it about ever
3 days or so used to feed more often but seams to cause some problems in my tank if feed to often. And i no its hard on water quality and was wondering if some brands or better thin others as for as harmful to the water.
The brand i use is Hikari frozen as i can get it local and sometimes i can
get Bio-pure bi Hikari dont no if theirs a big deference as Thea or made by the same company.
Sometimes i wash it to get red of the juice as iv hard that is the worst
part of the shrimp but its a pain it the behind.

as far as i know, jerry, they're all frozen in water.

your best bet is just to let it thaw (just what your feeding at that time), rinse it in a strainer, and you're good to go.

just keep in mind, though, you don't need to rinse everything. stuff like rod's food, you'll just end up washing some of the good stuff away.

i feed twice a week, sometimes 3, mysis mixed with rod's food.
