I'm more of a dry kind of guy and you're hard pressed to find Marco's Rocks anywhere cheaper than Southeast Florida prices. I would check with some LFS's and see if they have some "cured" pieces soaking in their tanks :)

Strictly fish has beautiful live reef rock with gorgeous coralline algae. $8.99 a lb. they also have Tonga branch. I think $4.99 a lb but not 100% sure. hope this helps :)
