It looks like a type of short tentacle plate to me.

Thanks. I did not see any tentacles in the LFS over the last couple of days that I watched it. That's why I thought cup/chalice. I am not as familiar with the SPS. I'll keep an eye on it.

Also looks like I need to move it down to the sand bed in some medium flow.

Here is a (hopefully) better picture. I moved it down to the sand bed and waiting until UVs were on.
I have yet to see any tentacles. I know its still not great, but it's what I can do with my phone camera.

I think it is a litho as well.
