Lifegard 55 watt max ballast question

I have a 55 watt lifegard uv and my ballast recently went to day 0 so I replaced the bulb and sleeve, but after about an hour it gives me an A3 error and begins beeping? I can’t find anything anywhere on what this means anyone have any ideas?

Hold the button for 15 seconds until it displays “reset” and u hear a single beep it will rest back to 365 days

Mine never gets to 365 again it says A3 then starts beeping

I have a Lifegard Four Module Unit, I’d like to put into service. I believe it was originally purchased in 2014. Measuring it appears to be AF-94, AF-93, AF-92 and a QL-15, (? On this Number.) Everything is there and works, except there is an incomplete, folded pleat, Mechanical Filter Part, assembly require. Also no Pump. What Pleated Filter element would I need? Do I need a center Strainer/Support for the Element? What pump does this take?
