Lifeguard 1 year countdown

So I am an old guy who doesn’t always wear his hearing aids. I don’t hear it but they tell me the fish room is beeping. Word of mouth says if I press the button on the top of the ballast it will reset for 10 days is this correct?

I finally got down on my bad 73 year old knees and read the instructions. Hold ten seconds to reset. 3-5 for menu 5-7 for something else. I just wasn’t holding long enough.
