Light for nano tank 16gal

Alright, so I'm looking for a light for my nano tank. Right now I have an LED fixture from my old 55 and it is way too powerful (120w - 55 3w LEDs). I'm preferably looking for some good T5 lights. Something that I could grow sps with but also safely grow softies and LPS as well without scorching them. Any recommendations?

Also, if I went with a T5 fixture. How many bulbs would be recommended and out put? 10,000k? 12,000k?
