Light for Refugium

Would this be a good light for a small 3.7g refugium? Amazon.com : TaoTronics® E27 12W Led Grow Light Red Blue LED Lights for Plants in Garden Greenhouse(TT-GL20) : Patio, Lawn & Garden All I plan on keeping is some chaeto algae.

JBJ and Innovative marine both make a nice small refugium LED light.. The Innovative marine light has a magnetic mount that's pretty nice.
