Light for softies

I have a 90 gallon, just finished the cycle, and now I just want to make sure my light is good enough to have softies even at the bottom. I have 48" Aqualight Pro 2X 150w HQI/2x96W. The halides are Mega chrome blue 2100 k by geisman.
