i have a lesson on my 120 fowlr. I currently only run my lights for about 6 hours a day and the rest they are completely off. I would like to run longer but want to know what is an acceptable length? How lon can you have a white light on? And can you run the blues for longer as well?

I think a 8-10 hour photo period is perfectly fine. The blues are the first and the last to switch off here, and everybody is loving it.

My blues come on at 11 am, ramp up till 12. 12pm my 4 t5s come on until 8. Then my blues remain on and ramp down until 10pm.
By blues, I use kessil 160 that starts blue and changes to a 20% color for the 8hrs, then back to blue for ramp down.
