Light times

What do you people use for light times? I've been keeping whites on for 8hrs on high and blue for 8 on high also. Was thinking of keeping the blues on longer but real low. Do you shut yours off completely at night??

my blues come on at 10:30 am. all lights on from 12:30 till 10 pm. blues til midnight, then all lights off.
