Lighting for my 75 gallon.

Those will work fine i was running a CURRENT 6x54w Nova Extreme for two years and had great growth and color on SPS/LPS/ and Softies. Have you thought about leds?

I thought about leds but I have no idea how they work. Like I said Im trying to save money by buying used but there isnt much out there right now(craigslist). So I have got a +1 and a -1?

PC lighting won't support SPS, and probably not LPS for that size tank. You probably would upgrade at some point, and would be better off just applying that money to something better.

check reef breeders led. i ordered a photon 32 but for lps and softys in a 75 you prolly could do a value fixture with 120 optics.

After reading quite a few reviews and trying to stay around $800-1,000 range, I decided to purchase 2 Kessil 350N's with gooseneck mounts for my 75 gallon tank. I haven't received them yet, so hard to comment on the quality but there are plenty of threads on the product. They also just released their 360N/W that are controllable if you're willing to spend a bit more. Best of luck!
