Lighting Intensity for new tank

Is this level of light reasonable for my brand new 15 gallon reef tank? The only life so far is one mushroom and 3 snails. I run it from 12pm - 9:30pm. I had it a lot higher but I read that mushrooms and zoanthis (my next inhabitants) like low or moderate light. The light is a Aquaillumonation AI Prime 16
