Lighting suggestions?

I just got a ten gallon saltwater tank, i am using a 19 watt lighting system that im borrowing from a friend. Im currently torn between buying a 96 watt coralife aqualite power compact and a 36 watt odyssea. I want to grow a frgospawn and a hammer coral for right now, but i dont know what lighting is really going to be necessary.

Go for a bit more than you want right now... you will probably want more later. I would go with T5s or a 70w metal halide. Everything looks nicer compared to PCs also.
