So I have a decent light that I’ve been running at 30% (anemone only tank) is there any benefit to this?

Or should I be putting lighting on 100% for the anemones?

Pic for tax but wondering if me dimming the lighting is even necessary if I just have anemones? It does grow coraline algae fast at dim light , I have orphek natura

Fair point , I see some anemones that stretch out a bit. I would also like to look at the tank when things are at 100% it makes it easier to see for me , so for reasons it’s entirely selfish lol but wondering if that’s ok with my stocking
