I currently have 2 Chinese Mars Aqua 165 watt black boxes for my 90 gallon reef tank. The measurements are 48" long by 24" deep by 18" wide. What corals can I keep and not keep? Lights are 16 inches from the water. If I wanted to replace these lights ,what would be best that wouldn't break the bank?

This is really a broad ended question. The answer is "Any".
There is more to keeping corals than lighting, but ask about whatever individual coral you are thinking about as well as the placement in the tank tou are getting the coral from and start there.
Keep asking questions...
