Started my passion with a 30 gallon cube. One morning that sprung a leak which led me to my now 57g.
57g? C'mon...now I have to go bigger.
90 gallon is where I am comfortable at. Build thread coming soon;Smilie

Chucked the old marineland stand bc I was terrified it wasn’t going to support it. This is my first rimmed tank and while the physics of why that stand would hold up, my head would not be at ease.
My carpenter friend and I made this. A bit taller than the marineland stand but the same length.
Slapped on a few coats of paint I had laying around and put some marine varnish to the inside of the cabinet
The doors are completely free with no brace between and easy access to the sump with a removable side door as well

All gate valves are not equal. Consider avoiding the made in China ones. They have a bad tendency to get very hard to turn after a few months.
