I was thinking about using hose and I never thaught about looking there and would people ship stuff

oh yeah well if its hose then u would have to get the pump thats adjustable flow...YEs they ship Ive bought stuff from people on there and it was all great Im even trying to sell a skimmer on there now which im suprised it hasnt sold...but yea go search the thread i do it every day to see if theres anything good out there..

See i would and u could put a gate valve to adjust the flow,also you could split of the main pump to run things later like reactor,chiller,etc..

but for a hang-on overflow i would use tubing..

Should I put. Ball valve on the piping to regulate the flow comming from the overflow or just let it go and controle it with the return pump and valve on the PVC or a valve on both

I would put a union and ball valve on both ,this way if u need to take apart u do that at the union...u might not need the ball valve on the flow to the sump..just a union .
