Live Rock?

Just remember that any place in your aquarium that has water contact (pumps, sump, pvc/tubing, etc) would need to be cleaned first. The pests are not just in your display area. Good luck
Yes, I cleaned everything in vinegar solution.
 
Aiptasia is back. I decided to take wrasse out amd cardinals and put them in 10 gallon tank with rock. I will get berghia and put in main tank. Will a wrasse survive without sand?
 
I have no aptasia, but then I had success with a copperband butterfly earlier than I think I was supposed to.

I did get live rock from TBS, but decided at the last minute to keep it as rubble in my sump. I’m glad I did, because I’ve since identified at least one stone crab and two gorilla crabs in the sump, where they cause no mayhem. If they were in the DT it might be a very different situation. And I bought the live rock in the early spring, when it wasn’t clear there was anything in or on them.
