Live Seafood As Inhabitants For A Reef Tank?

Hello, just a random thought if anyone has something they've bought from the market in their reef/saltwater tank. For example, crabs, snails, clams, conches, abalones, shrimps, etc. The markets keeps them in pretty cold waters so I don't know if they are suitable for a tropical reef tank.

If they are cold water species then no it likely won't work. It would be neat to see a cold water tank, they are pretty rare outside of aquariums.

maybe they can tolerate a wide range of temperatures, they might be only kept in cold water in the markets as they don't have to be fed as much and are less active but I'm no expert on this
