I've been an LA customer since the early 2000s. I got notice at 9:03p last night that my order didn't ship because they had more orders to fill than they expected over the past few days. Well that isn't totally true, Wisconsin has a single frag on its way to me. This is actually worse for me than just delaying the entire order because now the order will interfere with two work days. I called and spoke to (I believe) Sherri. She was unsympathetic and largely unhelpful. I stated "it's really unreasonable to cancel the night before for labor shortage reasons, this is something we should be able to anticipate and either give more notice or make a plan with the customer" she basically said "that's when the notices come, the night before" and "we do have it on our website, there could be delays. (so patronizing)" I said I would like this order sent for Saturday since I can't miss two days of work in a row "we don't ship Friday for Saturday, we haven't shipped for Saturday for three years (sorry, I missed the memo I guess)." I said well, when is it coming then, and she put me on hold for 10 minutes to check only to come back to tell me that she couldn't determine anything, had no idea, but she hoped it would ship today for Friday. I told her I really can't miss two days of work in a row for sure, that really isn't ideal, so I'm not sure what to do, and she had nerve to tell me "well, we don't tell you to miss work." I said, "oh, that's a very weird thing for you to say to me... (because it is, weird and rude as could be)" She asked if there was anything else I needed, so I told Sheri that I likewise don't tell her to miss work, so I guess we have that in common at least, and ended the call.

So.... I guess that my order might be coming today and tomorrow, or today and who knows when, which is just beautiful. Some things are reasonably beyond any vendors control, that is not the case for much of what has gone on here with LA today. Sadly, I'm done with them after this, it's bad and careless business.
